akery and confectionary is a beautiful work to do what I found in this world. Being in profession as bakery chef i love baking and decorating cakes because it is just mouth melting cakes are so devious I'm a big fan of cakes .I love cakes pastry and desserts to eat to make and to serve.
One of the most important thing in bakery is to always be careful with your recepie whatever you use . Second thing is your colour combination and size of the product. The quality of your product should not change because bakery and pastry is very unique and everyone likes it if you make it from your heart with love.
s a bakery chef i am always busy with my work . Working with cakes make me happy with different colour with different design pattern you can do lott of things with cakes.
Never compromise with product because good product makes a good chef .
